World Tour: Florence, Italy
The cathedral of Florence was mostly completed in the 15th century, but the delicate multi-coloured marble façade was not built until the 19th century. One of the most famous paintings in the cathedral is of Dante and his Divine Comedy, ironic considering that he was exiled from Florence and died in exile.
