Rain! In England!
I know what you’re thinking: how can rain in England be blogworthy? Because it’s actually raining right now, a right proper rain, not the dismal gray showers that they call rain over here, but a good, old-fashioned, couple hours of solid rain with lightning and thunder. That’s notable.

As someone else who lives in a city that is stereotyped as “rainy” I can attest to the fact that thunderstorms are rare. We actually had one a few weeks ago in Seattle but I was out of town so I have yet to see lightning or hear thunder here.
I hope you curled up with some hot chocolate and a good book and enjoyed the storm!

NICE!
We only had one or two decent thunderstorms in London and never any good lightning.
ENJOY IT!
Cheers,

Oh hi Doug. I just wanted to let you know that it’s 29 C, sunny and very humid in Windsor. Yes, I said WINDSOR. You do remember your home town right? Hey if Frank Riggi can get a link on your blog page than so can I. After all, I am your oldest friend (and that’s official – it dates back to the playground at Notre Dame School in 1984). I’ll keep my comments G-rated I promise and I won’t tell anyone what happened when we went skiing at Alpine Valley in grade 9
